Chef Tony spends five hours making our signature carnitas
He washes them twice, and meticulously cuts off all of the fatty parts to ensure our food is as healthy as possible.
We wash our produce 4 times and go through a variety of steps to ensure there are no pesticides.
Since opening in 2016, we continue to purchase the highest quality products that has been offered to us including our Signature Angus Beef.
We shop everything local.
We import our spices from our hometown, Aguascalientes, Mexico, in order to create flavors as similar and authentic as possible.
